If you're a portfolio landlord we will need a summary document of all of your properties, in the near future. We have a great spreadsheet that we can send you if you don't already have one. We DON'T need it for our first conversation but we will need it if you decide to proceed with us.

Getting your CREDIT REPORT IS FREE. To avoid being charged the monthly fee, be sure to cancel the account once you have downloaded your file. Check My File will provide your credit history with all 3 credit reporting agencies which is what we will need to see. Other platforms don't provide the level of detail that we require.

Our basic fee structure is simple and transparent, we charge £295 for a decision in principle (DIP/AIP/MIP) once we have reviewed all of your information and provided you with some illustrations. 

In most cases, there are no other fees until we secure a mortgage offer from your selected lender. The fee at that point is £495. All fees will be discussed and agreed in advance so there are never any surprises.

What we need to secure an agreement in principle

In most cases the bank will require, 3-months bank statements, 3-months payslips (SA302 if S/E), proof of savings and ID. We don't need these items now but it is worth having them ready to submit.
